In the end, reports can contribute to staffing decisions, budget requisitions and project requests leading to an appropriation of resources for your department. Engaging Alumni, Connecting Students: ProNet AMPed Up!

Abstract: San Diego State University Career Services has used ProNet to effectively manage a student/alumni mentor program for four semesters. More than 1,100 mentor/mentee pairs have been matched to date. The department has extensively used flags, notes and emails to manage the program and regularly communicate with participants.
