In the wake of COVID-19, will CSM Symposium '20 still be taking place?
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, CSM Symposium ’20 will take place virtually on June 23-24.
Do I need to register for the virtual event?
Yes! We ask that all clients who intend to join us for any part of the event complete the registration form in order to access the virtual event platform with all the live sessions. Once registration is approved, we will provide details to access and register for individual sessions in order to ensure session capacity.
Is there a fee to attend the virtual CSM Symposium '20?
No! In an effort to provide critical support to all our clients during this pandemic, this event will be complimentary and exclusive to all CSM clients.
Is there a limit to the number of staff from an institution that can register for the virtual CSM Symposium '20?
We welcome any and all staff from our client institutions to join us for this virtual event and there is no limit to the number of registrations allowed!
If I’m already registered, do I need to re-register for the virtual event?
Yes. Due to the new format, all those who would like to attend the virtual event will need to re-register.
How do I get refunded if I’ve already paid for the in-person event?
We will begin issuing full refunds to all paid attendees immediately and you can expect to receive them in June.
What accessibility options will be available during the virtual event?
We will have live captioning and transcription during the event and many of the materials will be made available beforehand. We will be hosting the event on a combination of the Whova web platform and GoToWebinar. Sessions and other activities will be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
Will materials be available after the event?
All presentation files and transcripts will be available after the event in the Symplicity Help Center.
